Q: What is the cost for your service?
A: Our services FREE to you and your loved one. We work with all communities and group homes in Phoenix and are compensated by ANY place your loved one chooses.
Q: What do you do for me?
A: We are a senior care placement agency. We connect you with group homes or facilities that match your loved one's medical needs/requirements, budget and/or location.
Q: How long does it take to find a home?
A: We can find a home in as little as one day. However, in "normal" cases, we often schedule a tour with 3 days of the initial call, based on your availability.
Q: My loved one has a complex case, can you take complex cases?
A: We are HAPPY to take your complex case. We have many connections throughout the valley to handle tough situations, there is no situation we haven't handled!
Q: What is a group home like? I visited one 10 years ago and it was not a place I want my mom to live...
A: Group homes have come a long way! Most homes have 5-10 residents and have around the clock caregivers to assist your loved one with any of their needs. Group homes provide 24/7 care giving for all levels of care, through end of life, 3 meals a day plus snacks (think ice cream and cake!), laundry and cleaning services, activities, daily hygiene, medication disbursement, and much, much more. The homes feel like home, because they ARE home! Many loved ones wish they could move in, it's BETTER than home!

A: Call us (link below) to discuss your situation and needs. We will begin to work on your case immediately. We will set up several homes/facilities for you to tour based on many criteria of which we discuss on our introductory call. Once you have selected a home/facility, you will put down the required deposit and we will facilitate the necessary paperwork for a successful move in.
